Hands Team Academy is officially opening its training sessions to every athlete in Illinois who is ready to take their game to the next level. If you want to get better, you have to compete with the best.
As the #3 ranked 7v7 travel team (iFLAG World Championships), we don’t just run drills - we build competitors. You are invited to step onto the field and train alongside world-class players, and be coached by a highly decorated staff.
What to Expect:
Group skill development: speed, agility, catching, etc
Position-specific instruction: advanced football IQ and technical breakdown for all positions (QBs, WRs, RBs, Cs, DBs, LBs, and Rushers)
Live Game Scenarios: 7v7 scrimmages and live-rep environments to apply your skills at game speed.
Anyone can show up, but only those willing to compete will keep up. We’ll see you on Saturday at 7:30AM - COMED Rec Center
